On Course Washroom Project

A special meeting was held June 10th to consider the proposal for the On Course Washroom Project. We're pleased to provide the signed motion approving the plan. Click here to review it.

Why is this project happening? 

  • Durham Region required a member-approved plan by July 4, 2025. 
  • Without an approved plan, our current on-course washrooms will be closed. 

What's the plan? 

  • Install three new double washroom units in similar locations (one relocated for better solar access). 
  • Project Budget: Up to $350,000 (covers demolition, site prep, installation, and contingency). 
Your approval is needed as this is a capital expenditure over $200,000 (as per Club by-laws).
